Dear Marais Property Owner,

The Landscaping Committee is pleased to report that the tree trimming has now concluded and we are moving on to other tasks including some fall plantings and pine straw applications. Two things where your assistance is needed:

• As we approach the holiday season, please consider volunteering to help us install the community’s decorations.  Please contact Jeannie if you are interested and we will contact you in the coming months with further details.
• While we are happy to have your assistance in enhancing the plantings and maintaining the trees in our community, please be reminded that no changes should be undertaken with respect to removing landscaping materials without POA/Landscape Committee approvals.  Our goal for the community is to maintain the planned, consistent look and feel of the natural landscape.  Any unauthorized removal of plants or plantings not included on the approved list could expose our community to risk and additional costs beyond our budget.  If you undertake plantings or removal without approval by the POA/Landscape Committee, you will be responsible for any fines and/or replacement costs.
